Every product you purchase from Retroinked is made to order.

Each item is individually designed, uniquely produced and assembled when you place an order.

Please allow an average of 2-3 days for production (Shoes require 5-7 days) manufacturer time for your custom designed product before it is shipped to your destination.

The average standard international shipping time is 7-21 business days for the countries listed below, based on tracking records from the past 30 days 7-15 business days.

Total average fulfillment time 10 - 21 business days.

Retroinked.com is not responsible for any additional delays caused by your local delivery services, customs or any other process or regulation at your destination.

We are always expanding and currently we ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Korea, United Kingdom and United States.
SHIPPING COST
TIER 1 - (Apples to all Shoes Category)
Our great affordable standard shipping and handling for the countries listed above for a one of flat rate of A$12.00. (additional product - A$6.00).
TIER 2 - (Applies to all T-Shirts, Hoodies and Phone Cases)
SAVE BIG! by adding multiple products from this category to your order for a one off flat rate standard shipping of - A$12.00. (additional product - A$3.00).
COMBINING PRODUCTS
When combining products from Tier 1 and Tier 2 (ex.. a pair of shoes and a t-shirt) shipping cost will be also combined only once for a total of A$24. Save more by adding more products to your order. Both TIER 1 and TIER 2 will follow the rules as per additional product. FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER A$399.00
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
Some of our products are produced in different factory locations. When purchasing different items in the same order there might be a case where you will receive multiple packages few days apart, however the shipping duration period will be the same.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Retroinked.com is not responsible for any delays or additional charges due to customs processing at your destination.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Retroinked, your satisfaction is our top priority! We crafted our return and exchange policy to be super simple hassle-free, just for you. We sell online worldwide so If you're not thrilled with your product, reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll happily help you with a return or exchange solution. Once we approve your exchange or return you have we need to receive the item within 21 days.
We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If there is any factory damage, defect or we've sent you the wrong item we’re here to get you a replacement or refund. All returned items need to be in the original packaging, not used or already worn with all tags attached.
For the Return & Exchange Policy to be activated and valid we strongly recommend to all customers once you receive your package to do unboxing video and take pictures from the products to make sure that you have received the correct items.
**Double check your order before you checkout and making a payment, make sure you are purchasing the correct items, purchasing the wrong items like: color, size, product type or design are the customers responsibility, Retroinked.com is not responsible and will not approve a refund, return or exchange.

- Our default currency on our website is in AUD$1.00 (Australian Dollars), all default information and pricing on this page is displayed in AUD currency - Australian Dollars.
- Avoid any hidden fees and charges!! We accept all major currencies and much more.. Use the currency converter on our website by choosing your preferred currency of payment and correct product pricing.
- All taxes are included in our pricing for all of our products except for some countries, this information will be displayed in your cart and final check-out page. The shipping cost of your total order is displayed in your cart then added to the total amount at check-out.
- We accept all major cards and mobile payments for an easy check-out. Express checkout is available on the product page and cart page for your connivance. All other options will be displayed at your check-out page by default available in your country.
